Billlink LLC strives to maintain fair and transparent billing practices. Due to the nature of services provided, the following refund policy applies:
Fees for services that have already been performed are non-refundable.
Once work has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable.
Partial-month refunds or unused hours are not eligible for refund.
Refunds for unused prepaid services may be considered at Billlink LLC's discretion, less any setup, administrative, or third-party costs.
Software licenses, vendor charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of payment. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at Billlink LLC's discretion.

Services are provided based on agreed-upon scope and may vary by engagement. Billlink LLC does not provide legal, financial, or guaranteed outcome-based services.
Billlink LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, proper authorizations, and maintaining independent backups of data unless otherwise agreed.
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect client data. Clients acknowledge inherent risks in electronic communication and remote access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billlink LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost revenue, or service interruptions.
Invoices are due as stated. Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Outstanding balances remain payable.
Billlink LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
